Pro-Nija/Plyo Blocks have the ability, due to the Special Velcro Flap Design, to be stacked at different heights for various drills. They can also be used singularly and Velcro securely to your carpet bonded foam flooring. (Do not use without Carpet Bonded Foam) Recommended weight limit is no more than 100 LBS. and should only be used while supervised by a trained adult coach or instructor! Made of durable 18 oz. reinforced Vinyl, with sewn-on handles, and a combination of a very firm 100 I.L.D. Polyurethane foam topped with a vet dense Cross-Link closed cell foam for strength and durability! Standard colors are Black Vinyl with Red tops and Red Handles, although they can be custom ordered in many other color combinations.
