The Floor Bar allows for training of bar skills that require handstand control, such as giants and clear-hip, tap-lifting drills, handstands, pirouettes, in-bar and late-drop skills.The Floor bar can be used in varying ways with other Tumbl Trak ™ products where “bounce-to-handstand” drills can be practiced.
- Utilizes Velcro bases that keep the bar securely in place when used on carpet foam, eliminating slipping and sliding.
- Steel ends are covered with vinyl-covered foam pads for cushion and safety.
