• AVAILABILITY – Demo items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred demo items, submit your purchase order (to your sales rep or the dealer’s inbox) as early as possible and confirm receipt with your sales rep. Availability is ONLY confirmed AFTER processing. If the item you requested is unavailable, we’ll let you know and discuss alternatives.

• CANCELLATION / MISSED PICKUP – If you cancel your order or do not collect items scheduled for on-site pickup by the end of the meet (before equipment is loaded), a 10% restocking fee applies. If unexpected issues arise before unloading, notify us as soon as possible; we may be able to switch your order to shipping, but this isn’t guaranteed. The fee covers processing, restocking, and additional freight costs.

• ON-SITE PICKUP – At pickup, the contact must sign the packing slip to confirm receipt. Customers and dealers are responsible for providing their own packing materials and loading equipment onto their transport. On-site technicians will stage the items, but loading is solely the customer’s or dealer’s responsibility. Remember to bring packing materials and arrange your own transport before arriving at the event.

• SHIPPING – Items not picked up on-site will be shipped from the Michigan warehouse following standard procedures. Dealers or customers may organize their own freight, or SPIETH can arrange shipping. Shipments are expected to depart in July or August.
