The unique way that our exclusive “TeamSports” Flexible Cheer Mat floor rolls up makes this system revolutionary. One person can easily roll-up or roll-out a Flexible Cheer Mat section or entire floor. The rolls are not flipped before or after rolling. The rolls practically unroll themselves! Blue 26 oz. needle punch carpet permanently flame-laminated to lightweight, durable crossed-link polyethylene foam rolls with a thin layer of latex laminated between the carpet and foam for additional adhesive bonding. The rolls are 6′ wide x 42′ long. This lightweight combination is ideal for fast, easy daily setups in gymnasiums/multipurpose rooms. The “Economy” Rolls are available in the six colors of Carpet! Foam/Carpet Bond: One of the keys to a long-lasting mat is the bond between the foam and the carpet layers. Team Sports uses an advanced flame laminating process that fuses the two together for maximum strength, creating a near-perfect bond.

Flex System/Cuts: To make the Team Sports rolling method possible, cuts must be made in the foam on the back side of the mat. Our state of the art computerized system makes a perfect cut every time while leaving the carpet layer untouched, for a fold that won’t fail over time.
