TeamSports Economy standard rolls are made with highest quality materials available in the industry today. We use a 26 oz. needle punch light weight durable carpet with a thin layer of latex, that is heat bonded to durable cross link foam. Heat bonding is very important in the process of making carpet flooring. This process forges the carpet and foam together causing them to become one piece of material. Imitation rolls are made using glue instead of heat bonding, causing the carpet not hold to the foam. All it takes is hot day in your gym and the carpet will start pull up from the foam.
