It's Sturdy A-Frame Design was developed for strength, rigidity, and durability. There are three sizes to choose from and three Bar height adjustments depending on the age and height of the athlete. The small bar adjusts from 30" to 42", the medium adjusts from 36" to 48" and the large adjusts from 42" to 66". The great feature about these bars is their "adjustable" width, up to 72" wide on the large and medium sizes and uo to 60" on the small size which allows plenty of room for spotting the more aggressive moves. The optional Anchor Platforms are available for added stability and for the more advanced aggressive training exercises. Available with either a "Fiberglass" rail or a "Chrome-Moly" steel rail (aircraft grade) which are both a slighty smaller diameter (1.25") than competitive rails to fit the younger athletes hands. This bar is the perfect choice for recreation or fundamental training exercises. This bar has a weight limit of 125 lbs, higher than any other bar in its class.
