With two additional cross supports, skillslike kips and back hip circles can easily be performed on the Jr. Kip Bar! For athletes weighing over 70 lbs., the base can be stabilized with extention pieces and a 4x8 piece of plywood (or particle board) for more advanced skills. The 48" space between the base permits a standard 4ft wide mat to be used underneath. the unit weighs 50 lbs. Bar adjusts from 38" to an unequaled 59" high. Weight limit 100 lbs.
